A core competence of a cloud service provider is the ability to meter and bill for the use of its services. That meant the company needed to integrate data from its cloud solutions with ConnectWise, a professional services automation (PSA) application, and with Sage Evolution for finance management. “Our business uses ConnectWise and Sage Evolution to give us the information we require to bill for usage accurately and timeously, and to plan for future growth,” said Milner.
